Technology, combined with customer experience and entrepreneurship at EYATH, took center stage at two customer service conferences held successively in Heraklion, Crete, and Thessaloniki.
EYATH was represented by Dr. Anna Satsiou, Head of the Digital Transformation and Innovation Department, at both events: the “Customer Service Conference in Crete,” organized by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (under the auspices of the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce and Industry, SEVPI, and SEODI), and the “12th Customer Service Conference in Thessaloniki” (under the auspices of the Region of Central Macedonia, the Municipality of Thessaloniki, and the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
Ms. Satsiou discussed the importance of digital transformation and its impact on customer experience, specifically highlighting how EYATH integrates digital transformation into its services to enhance the consumer experience and accelerate service processes. Particular emphasis was placed on the challenges accompanying the digital transition, as well as on the projects that have already transformed citizens’ daily interactions with the company. Special interest was drawn to the MyEYATH digital service portal, the myEYATH app, and the digital assistant “Roi,” all of which offer immediate, user-friendly, and efficient service to EYATH customers.
Concluding her presentation, Ms. Satsiou emphasized that “digital transformation enables businesses to provide faster, more reliable, and more personalized service, while simultaneously enhancing their own efficiency and customer satisfaction.”
