We inform you that you now have the possibility to pay off your debt electronically in interest-free installments (up to 36 installments – minimum monthly installment of €50) by using a credit card of any bank through MyEyathPortal.
Notes:
A necessary condition for a settlement, either electronically or with your physical presence in our stores, is that the water intake be in the name of the real owner. In case you are not the billpayer of the water intake, then you will have to proceed with the transfer of water intake in your name, by clicking here.
For debt settlement of less than €2,000, the application is submitted:
- With your presence in person or by your authorized representative (with an authorization deemed to be genuine by the K.E.P. or via gov.gr).

Supporting documents:
- Recent property statement printout (E9 Statement) for landlords or electronic lease from myAADE digital service for tenants.
- Identity Card (see appendix) or Passport.
- A Bill of E.Y.A.TH., of the requested water intake.
- Recent printout of the personalized information from myAADE digital services (Individual Registration Information, for VAT number, Tax Office and address).
- Solemn Declaration from gov.gr or from KEP which will state: «I agree that in case of late payment of even one installment of the settlement or non-payment of the current – after the settlement – account, the settlement is canceled, the overdue interest is returned, in case it had been deducted and EYATH S.A. may terminate the water intake».
For Legal Entity:
- Presence of the legal representative or his consent with his Power of Attorney or Power of Attorney or Responsible Declaration (considered for the authenticity of the signature in KEP or via gov.gr).
- Business Registry Details (My AADE)
- Personal Data of the Legal Representative (My AADE)
- Company statute
- Legal representative ID
For Sole Proprietorship:
- ID of legal representative of or from an authorized representative (with an Authorization deemed to be the authenticity of the signature at KEP or via gov.gr).
IN THE CASE OF AN APARTMENT HOUSE COMMITTEE:
- Presence of the water intake user of the apartment building
- ID of legal representative or from an authorized representative (with an Authorization deemed to be the genuineness of the signature)
- Responsible declaration of the majority of the water abstraction obligees (over 51%), considered to be the genuineness of the signature, in the K.E.P. or through gov.gr., stating that they accept the settlement.

Particularly:
Α) ACTIVE WATER INTAKES
Α.1) WHEN THE ACTUAL USER (OWNER OR LESSEE) IS OBLIGED FOR THE WATER INTAKE.
Α.1.1) In case it is the 1st settlement or there have been others in the past that were kept:
– Up to 36 monthly interest-free installments, for household invoices with a minimum installment amount of 50€.
– Up to 48 monthly interest-free installments, for professional invoices with a minimum installment amount of €50.
– Up to 72 monthly interest-free installments, for vulnerable groups* with a minimum installment amount of €20.
* Vulnerable groups: Included in KOT or with proven financial hardship (declared income €8,000 + €3,000 for each child).
Note: The 1st installment is paid on the day of the settlement request.
Α.1.2) In case where in the past there was one or more settlements that were not kept:
– 30% deposit required.
– Vulnerable groups are excluded from the deposit.
Α.2) WHEN THE TRANSFER OF THE WATER INTAKE IS REQUIRED TO THE OPERATIVE USER (OWNER OR LESSEE):
– 20% deposit required.
– Vulnerable groups are excluded from the deposit.
Note: In the event that the lessee cannot meet the 20% payment, a debt recognition agreement is required with the owner as guarantor.
Β) CANCELED WATER INTAKES FOR WHICH EITHER THE OWNER OR THE LESSEE REQUESTS RECONNECTION.
– 20% deposit required.
– Vulnerable groups are excluded from the deposit.
Σημείωση: In the event that the lessee cannot meet the 20% payment, a debt recognition agreement with the owner as guarantor is required.
*WARNING. In case of non-payment of even one installment or in case of non-payment of the current – after the settlement – bill, the settlement is cancelled, and E.Y.A.TH. S.A. may interrupt water intake.

There is a possibility of interest-free installments with a minimum monthly installment of 50 euros. The number of installments depends on the Bank that issues the credit card. Eurobank cards provide the maximum number of installments (up to 48). The cards of the other banks provide up to 36 interest-free installments.
ANNEX
Police ID card (Greece)
The Identity Card (often referred to abusively as a police identity card) is an official document of the Greek State.
This is a mandatory document for all citizens of the State over the age of 12, issued by the Greek Police. Citizens are obliged to always carry it with them and show it when requested by the Police Authorities, otherwise they may be taken to the nearest Police Station for verification. The Greek passport is considered an identification document equivalent to the police ID.
As Greece is a member country of the Schengen Agreement, the police identity card is a valid travel document between the countries of the Agreement. The name has also been written in Latin characters since 2000, while the old ID cards are equivalent to the new ones and Schengen member countries are obliged to recognize them as valid travel documents. In addition, the police identity card is used for the identification of citizens in electoral procedures (local/regional, national/parliamentary and European Parliament).
Identity cards are now valid for 10 years. In case of renewal of the passport, it is required to present an identity card issued in the last decade before submitting the application, otherwise the renewal of the passport is impossible.
It is required to draw up and sign a Private Agreement.
For the conclusion of a private agreement, the interested party submits an application either through the electronic form below, or at our offices at the EYATH SA store. at 6 Angelaki St. where it is processed, in person or by your authorized representative (with an authorization deemed to be the genuineness of the signature).
The submission of the application will be accompanied by the following documents:
- Recent E9 or Property Deed (for owners)
- Recent contract printout from TAXISNET (for renters)
Furthermore:
for individuals the following are required:
- Copy of proof of identity (ID, passport, etc.)
- Authorization or power of attorney (in the case of a authorized representative)
- Recent printout of the personalized information from TAXISNET or AADE (Individual Register Details, for VAT number, Tax office and address)

for legal entities, the following are required as the case may be:
- Copy of proof of identity (identity card, passport, etc.) of the legal representative.
- Certificate of representation (authorization, power of attorney, or record of representation from the Board of Directors, or from GEMI), which will state the recognition of the debt as well as the exact object of the representation.
- Recent printout of the personalized information from TAXISNET or AADE (Legal Person Registry Details, for VAT number, Tax office and address)
- Recent printout of the personalized information from TAXISNET or AADE (Representative’s/Representative’s Registry details, for VAT number, Tax office and address)
- Company constitution (validated or printed by GEMI), or FEK incorporation and amendment of the Company
EYATH S.A. reserves the right, after examining the above supporting documents, to judge if necessary, to request additional documents or clarifications.
NOTES
- The print date must be displayed on all printouts of personalized taxisnet information.
- The private agreements are signed and verified only by the person in charge of the water intake and in the case of a legal entity by the respective legal representative, administrator, etc., while the conclusion of the settlement is also done by a legally authorized person.
The amount of the deposit, the number of installments and the minimum installment amount, for debts over € 2,000, will be examined on a case by case basis, in accordance with the provisions of the Water Regulation and the relevant decisions of the Board of Directors of EYATH S.A.
