EYATH SA announces the transfer of the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders from 10.04.2020 to 30.04.2020, due to non-compliance with the deadlines set by the rules of publicity by G.E.MI (GENERAL COMMERCIAL REGISTRY), as a result of the company’s understaffing due to COVID-19, with new publicity formalities (new invitation of shareholders to it).”
