In Ohrid for our digital transition

EYATH’s digital transition plan was unveiled at the international conference on the topic “The Future of the Utility Sector”, which was organized around mid-June in Ohrid, North Macedonia.

EYATH was represented by the company’s Digital Transformation and IT Director, Georgios Aggelou, who referred to the digital transformation and IT actions, as well as the full range of IT, OT and IoT technologies that the company adopts and implements with the aim of improving its operational functions, upgrading its services and strengthening its environmental sensitivity. At the same time, “the adoption of modern cloud hosting models for information systems and the strengthening of the security of information in cyberspace are horizontal actions that EYATH also implements, as part of its broader digital transformation plan”, Mr. Angelou pointed out.

EYATH has recently upgraded its customer service system by introducing automated request management processes, reducing response time and enhancing the consumer experience. In addition, it has implemented an integrated electronic service platform, through which consumers can manage their accounts, submit requests and receive updates on their transactions with the company.
