Announcement of the extension of the term of office two Board Members

EYATH S.A. with the decision No. 224/2024 of its Board of Directors, taken at its 13th meeting on 13 June 2024, announces that in accordance with Article 85 of Law 4548/18 and Article 13 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the term of office of the following members is extended:

1. the non-executive member – representative of employees, Mr Georgios Archontopoulos and
2. the non-executive member – representative of employees, Mr Dimitrios Mauropoulos,

which expires on 18/6/2024 until the date of convocation of the Annual General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders on 20/8/2024 and the adoption of the relevant resolution.
