– Electronic Rental Form from TAXISNET, valid from the date of acceptance. a) In case of termination of the lease, you present it together with a Solemn Declaration confirmed with the authenticity of the signature in the K.E.P. or via gov.gr., the owner that an “Implicit Extension” applies. b) In case the lease started before the establishment of Electronic Leases, you present the old lease and the Owner’s Solemn Declaration, confirmed for the authenticity of the signature on a K.E.P. or via gov.gr. that is in effect.

– Photo of hydrometer, to check extra cubics.

– Guarantee of €100. (The amount of the guarantee depends on the cross-section of the hydrometer. For the usual cross-section Φ15 the guarantee is €100).

b) in case the lease started before the establishment of electronic leases, you present the old lease and the Owner’s Solemn Declaration, confirmed with the authenticity of the signature, to the K.E.P. or through gov.gr., stating that the lease is in effect.

Note: For the conclusion of a new contract / reconnection of water intake, beneficiaries of a social tariff are exempted from paying the guarantee. It is necessary to submit a final IDICA approval (idika.gr) for the new year (approved and in force – it concerns the current financial year.

* The IDIKA Application is four pages long (usually) and is completed electronically at idika.gr and also printed from there (press Ctrl+P on your keyboard to print).
It must be approved. Its status is indicated on the first and last pages.
** If an electricity bill has not yet been issued in the debtor’s name, a copy of the supplier-customer contract is also accepted.
*** Only residences are included in the social tariff, with only 1 service and only 1 account per person.

They are also entitled to be included in the Price Lists of Vulnerable groups.
