If you are a self-employed person, for economic activities from the exercise of which liquid waste is produced EXCEPT THOSE THAT ONLY DISCHARGE DOMESTIC WASTEWATER (for example offices, shops, warehouses, etc.) you must, before submitting the “Water Absorption Reconnection” request, follow the licensing procedure described here for the “Granting of a Sewerage Permit”.

You will then be sent a Protocol Number by e-mail, which you will fill it in the application form below.

A necessary condition for the reconnection of the canceled water intake is the payment/adjustment of the property’s financial arrears to EYATH S.A.

    Please attach all the necessary supporting documents, depending on the ownership status, as listed on the page https://www.eyath.gr/i-want-to-set-update-my-data/?lang=en#reconnect. The files to be attached must be in png, jpg, bmp, or pdf format.


    Please attach the following:

    • National Identity Card, or, if submitted by an authorized representative, a Power of Attorney certified for the authenticity of the signature at a KEP (Citizen Service Center) or via gov.gr
    • Individual Tax Registry details (My AADE)
    • Copy of a valid electronic lease agreement (TAXISNET) in force as of the acceptance date
    • Photograph of the water meter clearly showing its number and a recent reading (on the day of the application)
    • BANK ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE CERTIFICATE showing the applicant as the account holder or co-holder


    Please attach the following:

    • National Identity Card, or, if submitted by an authorized representative, a Power of Attorney certified for the authenticity of the signature at a KEP (Citizen Service Center) or via gov.gr
    • Individual Tax Registry details (My AADE)
    • E9 form (property status statement) of the current year, printed within the last three months
    • If there are co-owners, please also submit:
      • A photocopy of the E9 form of the co-owners, printed within the last three months, AND
      • A declaration certified for the authenticity of the signature stating that they consent to the water supply being registered under one person’s details
    • Photograph of the water meter clearly showing its number and a recent reading (on the day of the application)
    • BANK ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE CERTIFICATE showing the applicant as the account holder or co-holder


    Please attach the following:

    • National Identity Card, or, if submitted by an authorized representative, a Power of Attorney certified for the authenticity of the signature at a KEP (Citizen Service Center) or via gov.gr
    • Certificate of Current Business Activity Status for a Sole Proprietorship issued via the AADE digital portal, indicating the business activity
