For consumer issues, you can now contact EYATH S.A. electronically through MyEyathPortal. In this way you can maintain the history and have access to all your communication history with EYATH S.A., as well as be notified and informed about any updates in your requests.

After logging in to MyEyathPortal enter your taxisnet credentials and then visit the Contact menu in the left area and then “New Contact”. If it is a complaint, you can check the corresponding checkbox in the contact form.
