EYATH is leveraging the potential of artificial intelligence this year at its stand at the 89th TIF, with two… robots, Pepper and Nao, at the reception and interactive information about water and its conservation.
At the well-known Kiosk 15, stand 40, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the company’s achievements in reducing its environmental footprint, through “green” energy choices and sustainable water resource management, for its transition to a circular economy with business actions, as well as for enhancing transparency and its best practices for data protection, which ensure the privacy and security of customer and employee information.
In addition, they will be informed about EYATH’s new automatic digital assistant, Roi, which provides 24/7 service, in Greek and English, through MyEyathPortal, the EYATH website and the myEYATH application (on iOS and Android). Roi can inform about water supply interruptions (scheduled or emergency), guide step by step in submitting applications, enlighten the interested party about the required supporting documents for their transactions, show them how to report a fault on the portal, but also provide general information on bill issues (repayment options, access to bill history, bill analysis, etc.) and payments. Consumption per water meter (indications, water meter check, etc.), and how one can make an appointment or contact the company are also issues on which Roi can provide direct and clear guidance.
At the same time, on September 7, 8 and 12, 13, 14, from 6 to 9 p.m., a children’s “corner” will operate at the pavilion this year, but this time with the help of… robotics: Pepper and his friend Nao will provide young visitors with interactive games on the topic of saving natural resources and the environment. As every year, of course, the educators of the Tellogliou Foundation of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki will present samples of their work during the new school year at the Thessaloniki Water Supply Museum, with crafts, tabletops and paintings about the water cycle and its protection.
The exhibition will operate daily, 4 p.m. – 10 p.m., and on weekends, 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
