Regulated Information Announcement under Law 3556/2007 Notification of significant holdings
EYATH S.A. in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/30.4.2007 and following the relevant notification, which it received on August 3, 2023 from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, informs the investors about the direct and indirect change of the percentage of the share of the Greek State in the share capital and voting rights of EYATH S.A.
This change is due to the automatic and without financial return, transfer of ownership shares of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A (HCAP SA) to the Greek State, in accordance with the provisions of article 64 of Law 5045/23 (FEK A΄136/29-7-2023 ).
The total number of voting rights (direct and indirect) controlled by the Greek State amounts to 26,868,000 (74.02%), of which the direct voting rights concern 18,150,001 (50% plus 1 share) common registered shares shares and the indirect voting rights relate to 8,717,999 (24.02%) common registered shares, directly held by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF S.A.) in EYATH S.A.
The Greek State controls 100% of the voting rights of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A (HCAP SA) which in turn, controls 100% of the voting rights of Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF S.A.).
The total percentage of participation (direct and indirect) of the Greek State has not changed.
