MyEyathPortal at this year’s 87th TEF

The… package of the new MyEyathPortal services electronics will be “unveiled” by EYATH at this year’s 87th TIF (September 9-17, 2023), welcoming its consumers to the company’s digital age.

At Kiosk 15, stand 40, visitors will be informed about the new EYATH digital portal, which through TAXIS codes enables consumers to access and manage their account from wherever they are!

Specifically, EYATH’s new service offers the possibility of immediate and secure bill payment, as well as the possibility of paying in interest-free installments with a credit card. The consumer can access the history of his payments and accounts, consumptions and requests related to each of his services/connections. He can also update his connection details and get notifications about overdue bills, settlement installments or other obligations to the company.

At the same time, the consumer can report water supply – drainage faults and be informed about their restoration, as well as about scheduled or emergency water supply interruptions. Primarily, through the portal, most electronic applications for transactions with the company are submitted. In addition to the web version, the service is also available in an Android and iOS mobile application. At the EYATH stand, visitors will be able to browse the web and mobile version of the portal, be informed about its advantages by specialized staff, solve their questions and finally check in to a new era in their transactions with the EYATH for water supply and drainage.

On September 10, 11 and 15, 16, 17, from 6 to 9 p.m., there will be a “children’s corner” in the pavilion, where the teachers of the Telloglio Foundation of AUTH will present samples of their work for the new school year in the Water Supply Museum of Thessaloniki. Puzzles, constructions, board games, painting and crosswords (all about the water cycle and protecting our precious natural resource) await young visitors along with an… open invitation to visit our museum.

The exhibition will be open again this year every day, 4 p.m. – 10 p.m., and at weekends, 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
