We provide the following supporting documents and ask for our inclusion in the Industrial Invoice.

1. Certificate of Industrial / Craft Chamber (issued in the last quarter) which states: Tax Identification Number, Name, management and the activities of the company
2. GEMI certificate of the last quarter, showing the representation of the company
3. Photocopy of water intake bill
4. Solemn Declaration or Certification for the use of water as the main element in the production process (authentication of the signature) or from gov.gr
