With its major technical projects in progress, EYATH “descends” to this year’s 86th TEF, which is organized in special circumstances internationally, with the United Arab Emirates as the honored country.
EYATH’s participation in this year’s TIF highlights its business and investment attitude towards the uncertainties brought out by international conditions: with a firm commitment to caring for people, the environment and corporate governance, the company implements major technical projects, with the aim of sustainable and durable infrastructure and above all the protection of the water resource. The reconstruction of the Egnatia office building and its transformation into a “green” building with almost zero energy consumption, the major energy and environmental upgrading projects of the Thessaloniki Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP), but also the smaller projects that either improve the management of water resource or solve chronic issues of our sewage network, will be digitally presented to the visitors, a sample of EYATH’s work in conditions of climate and energy crisis.
On September 11, 12 and 16, 17, 18, from 6 to 9 p.m., a “children’s corner” will operate again (after two years, due to the pandemic) at the stand, with the teachers of the Telloglio Foundation, AUTh to present samples of the work that will be done in the new school year at the Water Supply Museum of Thessaloniki. Through puzzles, constructions, painting and crosswords, young visitors will be informed about the water cycle and the need to protect this precious natural resource, an indirect invitation to visit our museum.
The exhibition will be open again this year every day at 4 p.m. – 10 p.m., and at weekends at 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
