Often check the plumbing of your house (taps, flushers, bathrooms, etc.). This way you avoid unnecessary waste of water which significantly burdens your bill due to leaks.

In case of leakage there is a possibility of discount. Prerequisites for its provision are:

The water intake contract must be in your name (ie be liable) and
Your details should be up to date (Vat id, Id registration number, Tax Office).

Caution! In any other case your request will be canceled.

Attach to the following discount application:
INDIVIDUALS

Copy of ID
Proof of VAT (E9 if you are the owner of the property or a lease agreement if you are a tenant).
Legal invoice of private plumbing services
The date of its issue must coincide with the period of high consumption,where it should be indicated: the address of the property, the name of the debtor, the number of the water meter and in the description of the service, it should clearly be mentioned the repair of the damage by writing the phrase “leak repair at ………”

COMPANIES

Copy of ID in case of sole proprietorship.
Recent printing of the personalized information-Registry Details from Taxisnet where the VAT number, the Tax Office and the representation appear (showing the date of printing) or a last quarter certificate of commencement of activity from the competent Tax Office and a GEMI Certificate showing the last quarter current representation.
Representation records of the Board of directors(only for SA)
Legal invoice of private plumbing services.
