1. Certificate of Professional Chamber (issued last quarter) which states: VAT number, Name, management and activities of the company or certificate of the responsible Tax Office (issued last quarter) (TAXISNET)
2. GEMI certificate of the last quarter, showing the representation of the company
3. Photocopy of water intake bill
