1. Certificate of Professional Chamber (issued in the last quarter), which states: Tax Identification Number, Name, address and activities of the company or certificate from the responsible Tax Office (issued in the last quarter) (TAXISNET)
2. GEMI certificate of the last quarter
3. Photocopy of water intake bill
4. Copy of ID

Notes:

The Beneficiary of the account should be the same as the applicant who is liable for the water supply.
