Rural Surveying Engineer (Integrated Master), member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (Department of Central Macedonia) since 1991, with postgraduate studies in Water Resources Management & Agricultural-Environmental Engineering (Msc), in Business Administration (MBA) and Management (CMI Dip. Man.), while he recently received certification in Circular Economy.

Since 1998, he works at the Program Management Agencies, KEPA (until 2016) and KEPA-ANEM AMKE/EFEPAE (from 2017 until today) as Program Manager of Actions and Programs for Small and Medium Enterprises co-financed of EU -in the fields of: environmental management , innovation, processing, extroversion and modernization of businesses. He is also head for Publicity and Communication of the Agency.

Between 1992-2016 he worked as a freelance Rural Surveying Engineer in studies of development, hydraulic and environmental projects as well as participating in the implementation of research programs in the field of water resources management.

Also in the period 12/2019-8/2022 he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Νatural Gas Distribution Company in the geographical areas of: Central Makedonia and Thessaly (EDA-THESS), while in the period 8/1998-1/2010 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Organisation of Urban Transportation of Thessaloniki (ΟΑSTH), as a representative of the Greek Public Sector.

Since 4/9/2023 he is a member of the Board of Directors of Organization of Water Supply and Sewerage of Thessaloniki (EYATH).
